SJIWFF loves Volunteers!

We need (and adore) you! Our Festival cannot happen with out the incredible generosity and help of our rockstar Volunteers, and do our best to make it worth it for you! While sporting our annually-designed volunteer apparel, you’ll not only have the privilege of participating in our landmark annual event; you’ll also meet filmmakers from world-over, other industry delegates and patrons, and receive an Industry Festival pass to sit in on workshops and screenings.

Volunteer activities include taking tickets, directing patrons and delegates, decorating, shuttle driving, supervising workshop registration, assisting in screening set-up, selling Festival merchandise, greeting our amazing sponsors and guests, and more!

The 26th St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival takes place from October 20-24th, 2015. We also sometimes require volunteer assistance for screenings and events held in advance of the Festival.

Whether you’re a veteran or a newbie, we love to hear from you – complete the form below, call the Festival office at (709) 754-3141 or email volunteer@womensfilmfestival.com.
