If you have any questions, please reach out to us in advance. Our limited Festival staff will not be easily reached on the Day of Opening, so reach out early so that we can answer any questions or help you out.

SCHEDULE AND BOX OFFICE INFO
Please read our schedule, get to know our films, and read our box office information. This is our Festival Bible and what to refer to/direct folks to. You are all ambassadors of the Festival and we really appreciate your help in guiding patrons and encouraging friends to get tickets! It’s going to be a great week.
IMPORTANT - TICKET RSVPS
We would like to offer each of you the following:
ONE Delegate Pass*
(Delegate Passes do not include Opening, Closing, or MUN Cinema Series. All Forum lunch panels at Rocket Bakery MUST be PRE-BOOKED THROUGH THE LSPU HALL! Please READ ALL INFO BELOW and book all tickets through the appropriate box offices)
TWO tickets to the ExxonMobil Opening Night Gala
Includes VIP Red Carpet Reception at Scotiabank Theatres (6pm-6:45pm) and the after-event at Fog City (9pm).
Please note we are in cinemas 10, 11, 12 and all general seating (no specific sponsor cinema this year). No additional invites or tickets available.
- Invite to our Eat, Drink & Be Scene Festival meet and greet (no ticket required, open bar)
- TWO tickets to the Emera NL Closing Night Gala
- Invite to our Festival Wrap Party (no ticket required, friends welcome, cash bar)
You are required to RSVP to Chantal via email by Monday, October 1.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For Opening and Closing, all comp Tickets are ONLY available for pickup at the SJIWFF Box Office table outside Scotiabank Theatres (across from Fog City Bar entrance) on the day of the event starting 5:30pm on October 17 and 6pm on October 21.
Any tickets not picked up by 6:45pm will be released to the public for sale. Please show up early as Opening is sold out and there will be a rush line. THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE COMMUNICATED TO ALL SPONSORS, FILMMAKERS AND DELEGATES.

HOW TO USE YOUR DELEGATE PASS
We have reserved Delegate Passes for you all, which is different than Festival Passes. All BOARD MEMBERS must register at Festival Headquarters in order to get your Delegate Pass. Delegate bags will be there for you and include your Delegate Pass (needed for all events). We cannot accommodate deliveries. Passes are non-transferable.
FESTIVAL MERCH (including shirts) will be at this location. We will offer you each one free shirt, which you can pick up at the the Hall. Sizes are limited and not guaranteed. We’ve invested more $ into this years shirts and we think we’ll sell them all, so if you’re not going to wear them, please skip. They’re too nice for bed shirts!
Delegate Registration Hours
October 17-19: 10:00am - 4:00pm. October 20-21: 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
LSPU Hall, 3 Victoria Street
Festival Headquarters is located at the LSPU Hall in the Cox & Palmer Second Space. You can stop in for Delegate Registration, coffee, schedules, WiFi, merchandise and more! Plus, it’s at our main box office venue which is a bonus! Audience members are invited to join us for Happy Hours at the Hall, 5pm-6:30pm Thursday-Saturday.
How to exchange your Delegate Pass for Screening & Forum Tickets
To obtain a ticket for any SJIWFF screening or event, present your Pass at the appropriate box office. As screening tickets are limited, please show up early the day of screening to obtain your ticket from the venue's Box Office (please see details above.) Delegate Passes DO NOT include admission to the Opening and Closing night screenings or the MUN Cinema screening. These tickets must be purchased separately.
There will be absolutely no latecomers for our screenings. Please show up early.
Your Delegate Pass is NOT a film screening ticket. To obtain your screening ticket present your Pass at the appropriate box office. Tickets may be reserved in advance through the LSPU Hall Box Office by phone or in-person. Tickets must remain at the box office until the day of the screening. All Delegate Passholder tickets (and complimentary screening tickets) must be picked up at least a half hour before start time. All tickets remaining a half hour prior to showtime will be released to the rush line.
Did a screening sell out before you were able to reserve tickets?
In the event of a sold-out screening at the LSPU Hall, any unclaimed Delegate Passholder and complimentary tickets will be released a half hour prior to showtime to the rush line. Delegate Passes are valid to claim rush line tickets for free. First come, first served.
LUNCH PANELS ARE ROCKET BAKERY - VERY LIMITED
Your Delegate Pass acts as a ticket to all Film Industry Forum events at NIFCO, subject to capacity. Present Pass at the door for entry. Delegate Passes also include Forum Lunch Panels at Rocket Bakery. Lunch Panels must be reserved through the LSPU Hall Box Office by 12pm the day prior (subject to availability). Tickets will NOT be available at the door. Obtain tickets early as these panels sell out each year!
Tickets to Face 2 Face Pitch Session are by appointment only and cost $20 (cash) at the door. Deadline to apply is October 16th.

Band Show - SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20 (10pm, The Ship, $10 cover, details TBC)
FESTIVAL WRAP PARTY - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21 (9:30pm, Alt Hotel)
FILM LOVER’S LOTTERY - WHERE TO DELIVER TICKETS
When selling your FLL tickets, please be sure to check off $10 each or 3/$20 so that we can track money. All ticket stubs and payment must be returned to Chantal no later than Sunday, October 21, 6:30pm OUTSIDE OF SCOTIABANK THEATRES (CINEMA 10).
We will be picking the winners at the Alt Hotel at 9:30pm. This often causes staff a lot of running around and searching for Board Members and their tickets, so we kindly ask that you help us out and get your tickets to us. We cannot accommodate e-transfers. Folks can purchase tickets online here.
If you need more tickets, please contact Chantal. We are asking each of you to sell $500 each or more.
